Half naked girl and new girl with greatsword can't have the same folder name. That causes a conflict since the folder name is the same and of course the 3 picture files are going to be the same. However the pack creator picked the same folder name. Now you bring in another pack, maybe there's another girl with a great sword but she's not half naked. It can be anything Elf_Male_Bow and Human_Female_Greatsword for example. The game knows the difference between the two because of the folder name. So if we understand that, we just have to understand how the game knows the elf with a bow from the half naked girl with a greatsword. The game knows which file to use when because of full, med, and small names. It's like this because each of the 3 files are used in different areas of the game background, dialog, party, etc. You get a whole bunch of folders in a portrait pack and each folder has 3 files, Fulllength.pgn, Medium.png, Small.png.
